Every Reset garment is meticulously handcrafted and made to order by our artisans. Rather than producing garments in bulk, we create each piece exclusively after your order is placed. This approach allows us to preserve exceptional craftsmanship, reduce excess inventory and waste, and offer garments that receive the time and attention they deserve. As a result, production time is required before dispatch.

Shipping Timeline

• Local (Pakistan): Please allow 4-5 weeks for the production and delivery of this article.
• International: Please allow 4-5weeks for production, plus an additional 5–10 business days for international shipping, depending on your destination and customs processing.

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees imposed by their country. Reset is not liable for delays resulting from customs procedures.

Delivery Charges

• Local (Pakistan): We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders of PKR 50,000 and above. Orders below this amount will incur a standard shipping fee of PKR 350.
• International: International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of your order.
